At Lotus Pharmacy & Kids Boutique, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase, but we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, apothecary items and certain pharmacy products are final sale unless defective.

Return Process

  Securely pack the boutique apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the item is free of wear.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to your parcel, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
