Septanasal® is a combination nasal spray containing Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 1 mg/mL (0.1%) and Dexpanthenol 50 mg/mL (5%). The dual-action formula is commonly used for colds, rhinitis, nasal irritation, and recovery after nasal procedures.
